In 2009, I had the opportunity to show a Haitian couple visiting Benin and Togo around part of these two countries. They had met me while I was working as a guide at the Temple of the Pythons in Ouidah. It took only a week to convince my guests of the cultural richness of these two countries. On the day of their departure, when I arrived at the airport, I was surprised to see that Danie, Olivier's partner, was in tears. When I tried to understand why, she told me that she was deeply moved by what she had experienced in Benin and Togo: the human warmth, the legendary hospitality, the unity and solidarity between peoples. “Roland, how can you have such a culturally rich country and not value it?” she concluded.
It was with this experience in mind, and especially to showcase the tourism and cultural potential of West Africa, that I decided to establish a structure capable of welcoming African travel and tourism enthusiasts and booking them the best possible stays. The agency was launched in 2022.
